The
day is organised by the Jaguar Drivers’ Club Canberra, in
association with the ACT's British Marque Clubs and proudly supported
by NRMA Veteran, Vintage and Classic Insurance.
The
event will be held on the Patrick White Lawns, on the lake shore
adjacent to the National Library. Access will be through the
temporary car park off Parkes Place immediately past the Library.
There will be signs to guide those not familiar with the area.
Please obey instructions from traffic marshals and anyone in a white
jacket trying to get your attention! Speeds of no more than 5 kph in
the car park and the display areas please. Avoid sprinkler heads on
grassed areas. They have been marked with spray paint.
Unregistered
road vehicles will not be admitted.

Entry
is free and refreshments will be available together with British
music to add atmosphere to the picnic day.

This is our premier display day.
Take a stroll and admire some magnificent cars.
We invite you to enter in the Club Concours where cars are judged on
presentation and originality, and in doing so compete for Annual Club
trophies and the Don Brown Trophy for Concours Champion.
We want you and your guests to each register a vote for the ‘People’s
Choice’ MG on display.
You decide, by whatever criteria you choose,
what car on display to vote for. |

MGA (all models), Mk1 MGB and MGBGT, Mk1&2 Midgets and Z series Magnettes and MK III and Mk IV Magnettes. |

The Event Director’s decision on what Class a car belongs to is final.
If you wish to enter the Concours please register at the marquee prior to 9:30am.
If you would like your car judged in the Concours, please open the boot
and bonnet and have any original tools displayed. Roadsters
should have their hoods and side curtains erected until completion of
judging.
