|Austin Healey Sprite Mk1 (“Bugeye”)
|I have owned this fun
little car for 30 years. Originally my daily driver, it has been
unregistered and stored in my garage for a number of years. I have
$4,000 spent on suspension, steering, brakes, etc. It is a 1960-61
assembled vehicle, with a later fibreglass bonnet. Condition is
basically sound, but it
needs a repaint, new soft-top and some tlc from someone who has the
time to get it
back on the road and enjoy it.
Car is located in Canberra.

Behind The Wheel Drive Test April 2012 pages 28-29. This article in
part reads, “While the Magnette was appreciated in its day as a family
sports saloon, the performance transformation demonstrated by Frank’s
