Marques in the Park 2011

Marques in the Park is the Council of ACT Motor Club’s spring time motoring event hosted this year by the Canberra Rod and Kustom Klub and sponsored by Shannons and SOS Recruitment.
All vehicle enthusiasts and vehicle types are invited to participate in this event – Bog stock to Hot Rod, Vintage and Veteran, Rally cars, Speedway cars.
John Knight Park is on Aikman Drive Belconnen, A.C.T.
Entrance to the park is via Lake Ginninderra College car park
Entry to Marques in the Park is free for participants and spectators
Shaded areas and open grassed areas, for parking and relaxing
Espresso coffee and Food stall selling hot food and cold drinks
Display area close to shopping mall and fast food outlets
Club BBQ’s permitted in the Park
5 KPH speed limit
This is not a formal Club display event – just turn up and enjoy some interesting vehicles
MGs have a designated parking spot.
