Try to be at EPIC by 9 am as this is the time that the display opens officially, Display finishes at 3 pm.
Each car can have two adults who will be given free access on the day.
Additional children up to 16 years old are also free, subject to there being available seats in the car!
All others must purchase a day pass. If you had to pay, normal prices are $35 per adult, $10 per child (10-16 yrs old), $80 per family.
Note: Day Passes cannot be purchased at the Gate 4 entry point, which we will be using.
What you need to do to be registered for this event by Sunday 20 December 2009,

If you are not registered you will not be able to gain free access to EPIC
On The Day
All vehicles will meet at Dickson College (cnr Antill St and Phillip Ave, Watson) between 8:00 and 9:15 am, but to be in position at EPIC by 9 am you should plan to be at Dickson College by 8:45. Officials will:
Ensure the vehicle is on the attendance list.
Check to see if vehicle is registered or on valid permit.
Place wristbands on all entrants (max 2 adults and number of children who legally fit inside the vehicle).
Place window sticker on vehicle
All vehicles will then travel along Antill St to the roundabout at the end (next to the petrol station), turn left on to the Federal Highway, travel about 800 metres to the traffic lights at the Shell servo and turn right.
Entry is via Gate 4 (near the Shell servo) turning left on to the service road. Follow the red “Show and Shine” signs onto main arena. Officials will then direct you to parking positions.
