Club General Meeting and Annual General Meeting

Following a short General Meeting, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 of the MGCCC will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church Hall, Weston at 7.30pm on Thursday 10 September 2026. In addition to any other business which may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting, the business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

(a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding Annual General Meeting and any Special General Meeting held since that meeting;

(b) to receive from the Committee, reports on the activities of the Club during the last preceding Financial Year, including but not limited to:

(i) the reviewed statement of the Club's accounts in respect of the most recently ended Financial Year of the Club; and

(ii) a copy of the reviewer's report to the Club in relation to the Club's accounts for that Financial Year;

(c) to elect the members of the Club Committee;

(d) to appoint the reviewer and determine the reviewer's remuneration; and

(e) to determine the remuneration of any servants of the Club.

Minutes of the 2025 AGM and the reviewed statement of the Club's accounts will be posted shortly.
